Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented coach to develop and deliver high-quality football coaching sessions in alignment with the club’s philosophy, aiming to nurture young talent and prepare players for progression through the academy pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and challenging training sessions in line with the club’s coaching curriculum.
Create a positive learning environment that promotes the technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social development of all players.
Monitor, assess, and report on individual player progress using performance tracking tools and player development plans.
Prepare and manage match-day squads, provide tactical instructions, and ensure all players are given opportunities to develop in competitive environments.
Collaborate with other coaches, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic player development.
Attend and contribute to internal coach education sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
Maintain safeguarding standards and promote the well-being of all players.
Stay updated on modern coaching methods and obtain relevant coaching qualifications.
